MACCABI TORONTO WOMEN'S SOCCER
Menashe Levi, Maccabi Toronto player of 20+ years, will be the Head Coach and driving force propelling our Women’s program forward. Mr. Levi returned from Israel sporting the first gold medal ever won by a Canadian soccer team at the 2009 Maccabiah, conquering the mighty (and favoured) Americans in the finals. Menashe has been working in Girl’s and Women’s soccer for over 10 years.
The team is expected to include most of the players that won that gold in Israel. Scheduled to begin Fall 2010, we expect to continue the tradition of the Men’s Open team by competing at the top level of Women’s soccer in the GTA.
